1) stand with your heels together, toes apart - a “V” position, or Ballet first position, for any dancers out there!
2) pull your heels together, feel the strength in your ASS!!
3) practise doing this E V E R Y W H E R E
Standing in line at the bank, grocery store, coffee shop line up, anywhere!
No one will know what you’re doing……….unless they’re “checking out your ass”!! LOL
