If walk and stand with your body weight forward in your toes, or front half of your feet, then most of your body weight is going into your knees.
If you can pull back, lean back with better posture…..and put more weight into your heels, your BUTT will strengthen, carrying most of your body weight!

Your GLUTES (Butt muscles) are the LARGEST muscle group in your body…..compared to your K N E E S!
So…….practise keeping your weight further back than forward in your toes.
Ladies ———-That mean those HIGH HEELS look good, but they force your body weight into your toes and are not so great for your knees, or your back! My advice is to wear them for short amounts of time.....I always keep flat comfies handy for walking to and fro when I'm out in my heels.
