When doing a plank, place your hands under your shoulders, so your thumbs line up under your nipples! We all have ‘em…….just place your wrists under your armpits, stacking your joints, and enjoy the benefits in your core and upper body in a straight armed plank! Get the results without the pain!!
Even placing your hands slightly higher, or wider can result in strain on your neck, wrists or shoulders……line everything up for your basic plank & you’ll feel stronger, more stable & you’ll be able to hold it longer……..maybe even do a push up from there!
