Do it the Right Way Fitness and Wellness Sharna Florence Why is Core Strength so Important

      Core is a Team Sport.

Why is Core Strength so Important?

Your core isn’t just your abs, it's your entire central region. Abs, obliques, back muscles all work together as a “team” to help support your spine!

Between your ribs and hips, there are no bones other than a few vertebrae holding your upper body to your lower body! That’s a hell of a lot of pressure on one small area of your back. With a weak core, your lower back does too much work.

Strengthening your core is key to alleviating lower back pain.

Maintaining good posture is key to BEING ABLE to properly activate your core.

You can strengthen your core all day, while you walk, sit and move without having to be at the gym or in workout mode.
